A few close ups...
This was probably the most difficult layout I have ever done, having just lost my Mom back in May, it doesn't quite seem real yet. She was my best friend and I miss her more then I can express. When I first started this blog it was mainly for her, so she could see my work and whatnot. She'd always make a comment to me over the phone about my recent layouts, so mom wherever you are I hope you like this one.

I can understand that it must be hard for you to work with this picture. I lost my mom in 2003 and I still miss her. I love your layout, it's a real legacy.

I was thinking about you the other day and wondering how you were, then i saw a comment from you on my blog so it must be a sign ;) hope you are doing well, you must know how much your mom loves you and that she is watching over you, she was probably thrilled to see your layout and how great of a job you did, it looks amazing!
